Contextual Performance Support
"If you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got!"
Smart Learning on the job
Job performance is the way employees perform their work. An employee's performance is determined during job performance reviews, with an employer taking into account factors such as leadership skills, time management, organizational skills and productivity to analyze each employee on an individual basis.
Competency High Quality video instruction
To produce job performance change by mLearning, the first task is to increase the employee’s awareness of opportunities and situations in which new knowledge and video based skills instruction can be utilized. The second task is for the employee to integrate and assimilate new knowledge and skills into the job performance as a whole, so that all elements work as one smoothly functioning system. Most traditional eLearning approaches tend to separate learning activities from everyday work, because the device is not with the learner.
Monitoring and improving employee's performances
Job performance change always requires self-observation, self-criticism, attention to the details of each performance, and in general, self-management on the part of the employee. The SmartLearning's aim is to equip the trainee to change their own performance by providing them with suitable testing tools and procedures, and then monitoring the use of these.
